After submission, youโll see a confirmation message on-screen. Once your fax is successfully delivered to the recipient, youโll also receive a confirmation email. If the first attempt fails (e.g., the line is busy), weโll retry up to three times total. If all attempts fail, youโll receive an email notification letting you know the fax could not be delivered. In that case, please double-check that the fax number you entered is correct. If the number is accurate but you still received a failure message, the recipientโs fax line may be inactive, incorrect, or unable to receive faxes.
